The London Family Health Team is pleased to offer an After Hours Clinic for our patients. The After Hours Clinic is for urgent medical problems only that cannot wait until your physician’s office re-opens. These clinics are not to be used for routine medication renewals or chronic problems. Clinic hours are listed below.
To book an appointment at the After Hours Clinic, please call your family physician’s regular office number and follow the instructions to book an appointment. Bookings for the After Hours Clinic will begin one hour prior to the clinic opening.
The clinic is located at our London Family Health Team building at 1261 Beaverbrook Avenue.
The After Hours Clinic is open:
Monday-Friday evenings from 5:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-12:00pm
Please bring your health card and inform the receptionist if your address, phone number or health card version code has changed.
The option of speaking to a Telehealth Nurse is available when our offices are closed. They can answer your questions and help direct you to the appropriate medical care that you require. These services have been implemented to provide you with better care.

Please do not go to a walk in clinic.
Please only use the hospital emergency department for emergent medical problems or if advised to do so by our nurse at the Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS).
You will not be seen at the After Hours Clinics for the following:
- Routine blood pressure checks
- Regular prescription renewals
- Results of lab tests or procedures
- Work notes for absences due to illness
- Requests for referrals, procedures or for appointments with your own physician
Closed all statutory holidays
These clinics are for patients of the London Family Health Team only and will be held at the Beaverbrook location. Please, report to Reception 101 (on your right hand side when you enter the lobby).
