Face Masks Required If You Have Symptoms

London Family Health Team – Updated Face Mask Policy

Please keep your mask on while you wait for the doctor/ nurse. A Well-fitted Face Mask is Required if you have new respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms in the past few days!

The London Family Health Team and our family physicians have updated our face mask policy to protect the health and safety of our vulnerable patients and our healthcare workers as of 26 May 2023.

You are welcome to wear a face mask when you visit our clinic.  We ask that you screen yourself for any new respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms before you arrive for your appointment.

You will need to wear a face mask on our premises if you have any new respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms. This includes the time you are waiting in an examination room. We will provide you with a face mask if you do not have one.

We continue to see a high number of patients with respiratory illnesses. To prevent your doctor and all our healthcare workers from getting sick, please wear a mask so that we can remain at work and stay healthy to provide your medical care.

If you are unable to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth, please let our staff know at the time of your appointment booking.

Thank you for your understanding and support
