Work/Life Balance
We all need the opportunity to unplug and recharge. Our office is closed on all statutory holidays and we encourage our team to take full advantage of their paid vacation, paid sick time and paid personal emergency leave. Additionally, the FHT is closed on the three business days between Christmas and the New Year.
In addition to these paid time off to refresh ourselves, we also like to have fun together. Our Workplace Wellness Committee plans various special events and celebrations to strengthen our team spirit on a seasonal basis.

- If you are a dynamic strategic thinker and have experience managing a not-for-profit healthcare organization, the London Family Health Team is seeking a regular full-time Executive Director. - The London Family Health Team is seeking a skilled Social Worker MSW (0.65 FTE or 26 hours per week) interested in working in a positive, innovative, team based primary care setting. For more details, please refer to the posting here.
- We are currently seeking a regular full-time Nurse Practitioner for the London Family Health Team. This role provides acute episodic and preventive care in support of our 16 affiliated family physicians over our three locations. Work hours are weekdays and consists of a 40-hour work week. - We are seeking a casual coverage Reception/Admin Support staff for the London Family Health Team. This role provides casual vacation /unplanned time off coverage for the Team Reception/Admin Support. When required, the hours are weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm only.
